Can I return my order?

  • All of my artwork is one-of-a-kind and original. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for any purchases. If there is a problem with your order, however, please contact me as soon as possible

I would like to customize my order more than what is shown, what can I do?

  • For any customization questions please reach out. I love bringing ideas to life so please do not hesitate to contact me.

How can I order a memorial piece?

  • Right now, the best way to order a memorial piece is to contact me so we can discuss sizing, colors etc.

What shipping service will deliver my order?

  • I use USPS or UPS depending on what is best. You will receive a tracking number via email showing which shipping service was used.

What does 'processing time' refer to?

  • The processing time of an item refers to the amount of time that it will take me to create, package and ship out your order. I am a one woman show so time varies on the item and volume of orders I have at that time. See the description of the item you purchased for its exact processing time.

How do I know when my order will get to me?

  • See the description of the item you purchased to find its exact processing time, then add 2-4 days to allot for shipping.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • If your package is experiencing delays after I have shipped out your item, I am not liable for such delays, as there is nothing I can do once the post office has the package. However, I will work with both you and the shipping service to ensure that your order arrives safely.
